License grant

Subject to purchase and these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Drum Kit Maker on multiple devices that you own and control.

Restrictions

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application or installer.
• Do not remove ownership or rights notices.
• Do not use the application or its output to infringe copyright or other rights.

Your content and output

You retain responsibility for source audio, permissions, and how exported samples are used. The license to this software does not grant rights in any third-party recording or composition.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided subject to all warranties and remedies required by applicable law. Any additional exclusions or limits apply only to the extent legally permitted.
