Terms of Sale and Use

These terms are a pre-release draft and must be approved by the seller before publication.

Sale and payment

Products are sold as one-time purchases through Polar Software, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. Polar and its payment processor Stripe handle payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and purchaser information needed for the transaction.

License and updates

A purchase grants the license described in the EULA. The planned initial offer includes future versions for the same product, delivered through the Polar Customer Portal, but does not promise any particular feature or release date.

Acceptable use

You must use source audio only when you hold the necessary rights or permission. You may not use the service or product to violate another party’s rights or applicable law.

Governing rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Review the published product, license, refund, and commercial terms before purchase.
